Em 1999 nos EUA, um learJet estava voando sem mais manter comunicação com o órgão respectivo. Então enviaram um caça e este viu que as janelas do executivo estavam congeladas. Logo mais o avião caiu devido a uma queda de pressão interna.
(P.S.: Semelhança pois em ambos os acidentes, os corpos entraram em hipotermia.)

Crew incapacitation due to a loss of cabin pressurization about 20 minutes after departure. Continued flight for almost 2h40min before spiralling out of control, crashing in an open field. Among the passengers was professional golfer Payne Stewart.

PROBABLE CAUSE: "Incapacitation of the flight crewmembers as a result of their failure to receive supplemental oxygen following a loss of cabin pressurization, for undetermined reasons. "
