What's going on? Is there a 777 out of service?

It is serious, didn't they give any sort of explanation? There must be happenning something.

I coudn't find this article onTaag's FaceBook page. What do i do to have a look on it if it still exists?

It would be helpful if they gave a reason.

A 777 must be undergoing some sort of unscheduled maintenance.

I believe in you, It might be for now D2-TEE, once it went to LIS on monday as DT650 and didn't return to LAD so far, according to data flight 24 and flight radar 24.

What could have happened to D2-TBG, haven't heard or seen that aircraft since the 24/12/10

I don't know much about the time it has been out of service, but it has really flown very little lately; Sonair has leased one of its B737 to Taag, i have noticed that on flight radar 24.

O site do data flight é 100% actualizado?digo isso porque da última vez que estive na south vi uns tantos 738 e aqui apenas vejo um...

Depende, o data flight 24 regista vôos que forem detectados pelo radar, neste caso o radar flight 24 e se o radar de johannesburg não estiver operativo, vôo nenhum é registrado e tb tens de ter em conta que nem todo avião aparece no radar, falando dos tipos mais antigos como o B732, 727, 707 e outros como por ex os aviões a hélice.

Apparently D2-TBG has in fact been out of service since December. There seems to be something wrong with the aircraft, as it has just been sitting in FNLU doing nothing. Anyone have any info?

Será que uma companhia aérea precisa de tanto tempo para resolver este tipo de problema? Ou relaxaram ao saber que têm um avião da Sonair ao dispor?

That would make sense. The 777s were probably the top priority when they all went tech at the same time. Just wondering if something more serious is going on though...

Bem notei que a TAAG esta a empenhar se em lavar a imagem mais fora do que dentro,não sei se é o certo mas vamos ver até onde isso vai dar,espero que os próximos aviões sejam para substituir a linha 732 pois merece descansar já....já agora será que há que se ter prioridade em termos 1ª classe nos aviões de longo alcance????

Este é o problema, eu acredito sinceramente na Taag em querer mudar, mas pra tal, deve-se atacar o mal pela raiz, só queria ver se mais um ou dois B737 tivessem o mesmo problema do D2-TBG. Enfim, veremos.

A propôsito, Ivandro, como vão as obras do Taxyways entre as 23/05 e a 25/07 em FNLU, já estão acabadas e em funcionamento?

Taxiway E ja esta acabada e em funcionamento. Esta a ajudar bastante.
