TAAG Angola NS17 Africa service changes

TAAG Angola Airlines in late-March 2017 is ending service to 2 destinations in Central Africa, announced by the airline. The airline’s existing Luanda – Brazzaville – Bangui – Douala route will operate last service on 24MAR17, currently served twice a week.

DT527 DLA1415 – 1600BGF1650 – 1835BZV1925 – 2040LAD 73G 26
From 28MAR17, Brazzaville service will be combined with Kinshasa, operating as Luanda – Brazzaville – Kinshasa – Luanda route, twice a week. Kinshasa will no longer be served nonstop on outbound flight from Luanda.

On other regional routes, planned changes include:
Luanda – Lubango – Windhoek Reduce from 3 to 2 weekly, 737-700 service
Luanda – Lusaka – Harare – Luanda NEW 1 weekly routing with 737-700. This is in addition to existing 1 weekly flight in opposite direction
Luanda – Maputo Increase from 2 to 3 weekly, 737-700 service
Luanda – Windhoek Increase from 4 to 5 weekly, 737-700 service
