French carrier Corsair has revised planned new service for Paris Orly – Varadero route, which saw one flight operated on 15MAY17. The airline previously planned 1 weekly flight from 01MAY17. Based on current schedule listing, this route will now commence on regular basis from 23OCT17, the launch of winter schedule.

Qatar Airways earlier this month has expanded Airbus A380 operation on Doha – Paris CDG route, which sees 2nd daily A380 rotation as QR041/042, replacing 777-300ER. QR041/042 is served by A380 from 08MAY17 to 01JUL17, except selected dates in June.

In addition, recent schedule changes also see previously planned 777-300ER service during following period, instead of A380, has been reversed: 22JUN17 – 30JUN17 (Even Days), 18SEP17 – 04OCT17 (Even Days). QR039/040 will continue to operate A380 on these specified dates.

Norwegian expands planned Newburgh Stewart schedule in W17

Norwegian in recent schedule update expanded winter 2017/18 operations at Newburgh Stewart airport, from 29OCT17. The airline is converting Bergen link to year-round operation, while Dublin receives additional frequency.

These services will be operated by Norwegian Air International (D8) Boeing 737MAX 8 aircraft. Reported on Airlineroute yesterday (30MAY17), the airline has made adjustments to its planned 737MAX 8 Trans-Atlantic service in July and August.

From 19SEP17 to 23NOV17, the daily A340-300 operation will be temporary reduced to 5 weekly (Day x13). From 16DEC17, the airline will begin Boeing 777-300ER operation on this route.

Hainan Airlines this week opened reservation for service to Belgrade, marking the first Chinese carrier to serve Belgrade on scheduled basis since October 1992. Based on OAG schedules Analyser data, Air China previously served Beijing – Karachi – Bucharest – Belgrade route.
